NOTICE is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about November 14th, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 22007-CA-008392 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Washington Mutual Bank, is plaintiff, and Markus Esop and Naomi Velez-Desop, are the defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. in accordance with § 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 3; THENCE ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 3, SOUTH 00 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 1,453.00 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID EAST BOUNDARY, SOUTH 00 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 80.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 325.00 FEET TO A POINT ON A LINE THAT IS PARALLEL WITH SAID EAST BOUNDARY; THENCE ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE NORTH 00 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 80.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 325.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 18, OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF MARINERS CAY.
