NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-18320 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2004, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2004-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-C, Plaintiff, and, KIM G BROWN, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 14th, 2011 at 2:00pm 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, FOREST HEIGHTS UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
