NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-003884 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is a Plaintiff and AUBREY GARLAND III A/K/A AUBREY GARLAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUBREY GARLAND III A/K/A AUBREY GARLAND; COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash sale on December 13, 2011, at 2:00 PM 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 295 COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
