NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7th, 2011 and entered in Case No. 07-ca-015660-g, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein East Bay Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Daniel Torres and Diana Vallejo are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at at 2pm to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL on the 14th day of December, 2011, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, BLOCK 2, EAST BAY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 99, OF THE public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 9721 CYPRESS HARBOR DRIVE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
