NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 9th day of November, 2011, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 29-2011-CA-005829 DIV J, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale in Room 201/202, George Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, 33602, at 10:00 am o'clock on the 8th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 27, CAMPOBELLO, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 29, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
