Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 4, 2010 in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-011818 Section I RF, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, ALEXANDER S. WILLIAMS; ELAINE R. WILLIAMS; BELMOUNT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, The George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, in room 202 on December 19th, 2011, at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 41, Block 3, Belmont Phase 1A, A Subdivision According to The Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 112, Pages 62 through 83, Inclusive, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
