NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004972, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MI HYUN KIM; KYUNG MIN PARK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 A.M., on the 21 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 58 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
