Condominium Unit 1229, HARBOUR PLACE CITY HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, together with the appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 16306, Page 1026, as amended from time to time, and further described in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 298, and also together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2ND FLOOR, Room 202, in the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa, Florida at 2:00 p.m. on the 19th day of December, 2011.
