Notice is hereby given that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 21, 2009 in Civil Case No. 29-2008-CA-009333, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8 is the Plaintiff, and, PHILLIP E SERRANO A/K/A PHILLIP SERRANO; RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash ON 2ND FLOOR OF THE George E. Edgecomb Building, ROOM 202, located 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida at 10:00 AM on December 28, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, BLOCK 1, RIVER BEND PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 127, of The Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
