NOTICE is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about November 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-026240 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of the Lehman Brothers Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is Plaintiff, and Humberto Perez, Sr.; Manica Enterprises, Inc.; Veronica Perez; Manica Realty, Incorporated; Manica Mortgage, Incorporated; Bruners Insurance Of South Tampa, Inc.; Leader International Antiques, Inc.; Maria S. Perez; Manica Dry Cleaners, Inc.; Manica Beauty Salon & Supplies, Inc.; and Humberto Perez, are the defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 10AM in accordance with § 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A portion of Lot 134, BEL-MAR REVISED UNIT NO. 6, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 3 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 134, thence North 89Ëš59'00” East (assumed) along the North boundary of said Lot 134, a distance of 90.9 feet to the West right-of-way line of Dale Mabry Highway (State Road 600, per Official Record Book 4643, Page 1250, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida); thence South 00Ëš16'45” West along said right-of-way line, a distance of 29.07 feet; thence North 89Ëš53'16” West, a distance of 40.46 feet; thence South 00Ëš07'54” West, a distance of 7.0 feet; thence North 89Ëš53'16” West , a distance of 50.44 feet to the West boundary of said Lot 134; thence North 00Ëš20'44” East along said West boundary of Lot 134, a distance of 35.86 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The North 25.0 feet of Lot 135, BEL MAR-REVISED UNIT NO. 6, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 3 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the East 20.0 feet for road right of way and LESS additional right-of-way per Official Record Book 4643, Page 1250 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The Easterly 7.00 feet of Lot 149, BEL-MAR REVISED UNIT NO. 6, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 3 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
