NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 9, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-17745 DIV J UCN: 292009CA017745XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-J1 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. O'CONNOR; MARCIA A. O'CONNOR; NORTH BAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. MIN NO. 100013802026447468; PROPERTY RESTORATION.COM, INC.; WELCH TENNIS COURTS, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 10 C-3, BUILDING NO. 6310, OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3595, PAGE 385, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
