NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 9, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-009969, DIVISION: J, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST NLC TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff, and LIDIA DELGADO and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 5 day of January, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/3 OF LOT 20 AND WEST 1/3 OF LOT 21, BLOCK 39, MACFARLANES REVISED MAP OF ADDITIONS TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2321 West Spruce Street, Tampa, FL 33607.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitiled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
