YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you by Plaintiff, SYNOVUS BANK, a Georgia bank, f/k/a Synovus Bank, a Florida banking corporation, f/k/a Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay, a Florida corporation, seeking to replevin and foreclose its security interest in the following collateral located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
All Account Collateral, Chattel Paper Collateral, Commercial Tort Claim Collateral, Deposit Account Collateral, Document Collateral, Equipment Collateral, Goods Collateral, General Intangible Collateral, Investment Property Collateral, Letter of Credit Collateral and Money Collateral and the accessions, additions, replacements, substitutions and Proceeds of any of the foregoing items of collateral. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Collateral”).
The Collateral includes, but is not limited to, all of Defendants' accounts receivable, furniture, furnishings, equipment, inventory, shelving and racking.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to Plaintiff's Attorneys, Richard H. Malchon, Jr., and/or Quinn A. Henderson, Esquire, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Verified Amended Complaint.
