YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
LOT 20, BLOCK 1, PARK VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1994 HOMES OF MERIT, 28 X 66 MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NO.: FLHMBC58735304AB.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
