NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-00041, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORP is the Plaintiff and JAMES H. MURRAY; S & S FINANCIAL, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES H. MURRAY ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 359, 10TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
