YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
The West One-Half (1/2) of Lot 6, Block B, Palmyra Subdivision as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 181, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
More Commonly known as 2351 19th Street, Sarasota, FL 34234
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address is 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 190, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is 12/19/2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
