HERB; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM JOSEPH GLANNON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CYNTHIA GLANNON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
