NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000832 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, by and through Plaintiff, RL REGI FINANCIAL, LLC, a Florida limited liability partnership, ERSA GRAE CORPORATION, a Texas corporation, and ALI EBRAHIMI, an individual, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Final Judgment, and which legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, to wit:
