Unit 6, Woodside Village West, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 969, Page 1630, and as amended, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 45, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 12/20/2011. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
