NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-13036, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. HOWE, JR; SUNTRUST BANK; DARLENE M. HOWE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4403, 4404 & 4405, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
