NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001174 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM CAMPBELL A/K/A WILLIAM E. CAMPBELL; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A; BARBARA CAMPBELL A/K/A BARBARA A. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 585, OF VILLAGE WALK UNIT 2B SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 37-37H, IN SARASOTA COUNTY RECORDS.BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN DEED INSTRUMENT NO. 2003179350, DATED 08/22/2003, RECORDED 09/04/2003, IN SARASOTA COUNTY, RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
