NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020343 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and COYETTA T. SANDERS, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC.; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COYETTA T. SANDERS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK J, AND THE ADJACENT ALLEY VACATED BY RESOLUTION RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 57, PAGE 535, NEWTOWN PARK, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTIAN PLAT AS RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGE 190 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
