NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011442 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and GLORIA A. RUPERT A/K/A GLORIA ANN RUPERT F/K/A GLORIA A. BIANCO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC.; GEORGE RUPERT A/K/A GEORGE W. RUPERT, III; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 22, SOUTH GATE, UNIT 7, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 56 AND 56A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
