CLINTON, TRUSTEE OF THE CLAUDE E. CLINTON FAMILY TRUST AS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE WILL OF CLAUDE E. CLINTON, DECEASED, DATED MAY 20,1982 THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CLAUDE E. CLINTON FAMILY TRUST AS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE WILL OF CLAUDE E. CLINTON, DECEASED, DATED MAY 20,1982; JAMES S.
