NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005048-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Tony Burke are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on December 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 6, BUILDING 3, MORRILL ENCLAVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2006220900 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 40, PAGES 12, 12A, THROUGH 12 D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
