NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 18 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-055401 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Stace O'Clair, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a Nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, a Federal Savings Bank, SouthDale Property Owners Association, Inc., A Dissolved Florida Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
