NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 17, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-002810 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-A1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WITHOUT RECOURSE, is the Plaintiff and ROY J. CHAPPELLE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMTRUST BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 207, BUILDING 1, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 0653, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
