NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-009823 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JUAN MUNOZ IS A/K/A JUAN CARLOS MUNOZ; LILIANA ROMERO; JP MORGAN CHASE BAN NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION; FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A CESAL ROMEO are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
