NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 1102010CA0035150001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, is Plaintiff, and JODY ANN RENTZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at The Atrium 1st floor Collier County courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 209, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS BUILDING NO. 1, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 583, Pages 652 through 689, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
