notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000189 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-EQ1, Plaintiff and Thomas J. Etheridge and Jodee Etheridge, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on December 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 43, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 105 AND 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
