NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-08895, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARCELLA ROBLES; TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION I, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCELLA ROBLES A/K/A OSCAR GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT R-3, TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THEDECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 881, PAGE 1732, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
