NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-009103, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ISAIAS OLIVEROS; CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EAGLE HOME MORTGAGE, INC., A WASHINGTON CORPORATION; OMAIRA LUCIA A/K/A OMAIRA BAENA A/K/A OMAIRA LUCIA BAENA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 96, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 3, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
