notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21 day of September 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-5403-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and KARLA L. BENZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KARLA L. BENZ; OLDE CYPRESS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; OLDE CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAROL SATZ; HARVEY SATZ, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on December 21, at 11:00 am, at 1st floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL, 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, TRACT 5, OLDE CYPRESS, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 84 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
