notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2011 entered in CASE NO. 11-0036-CC in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein CRANBERRY CROSSING VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. COOPER and CONNIE L. COOPER, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in/on the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 Collier County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 7, OF CRANBERRY CROSSING VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF FIDDLER'S CREEK, PHASE THREE, UNIT 2, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 14 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
