Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on December 19, 2011, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the atrium, first floor courthouse annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:

Commence at the North one-quarter corner of Section 25, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, and run South 00 degrees, 16 minutes 44 seconds East along the North and South one-quarter line of said Section 25, for 417.1 1 feet to the South right of way line of Regent Park Circle as per plat recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 40 and 41, public records of Collier County, Florida; thence run North 89 degrees 06 minutes 09 seconds West, along said right of way, for 181.27 feet to a point on a curve concaved Southeasterly; thence run 9.69 feet, along the arc of said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 22 degrees 12 minutes 11 seconds, a chord of 9.63 feet and a chord bearing of
South 10 degrees 53 minutes 48 seconds West, to a point of Tangency; thence run South 00 degrees 12 minutes 18 seconds East for 246.36 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 47 minutes 42 seconds West for 36.00 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 12 minutes 18 seconds West for 26.00 feet to the intersection with an extension of the centerline of an interior wall and the Point of Beginning: thence run South 89 degrees 47 minutes 42
seconds West along the centerline of said interior wall for 62.83 feet; thence run North 00
degrees 12 minutes 18 seconds West for 25.67 feet to the intersection with an extension of the centerline of an interior wall; thence run North 89 degrees 47 minutes 42 seconds East along the centerline of said interior wall for 62.83 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 12 minutes 18 seconds East for 25.67 feet to the Point of Beginning.
