Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2011, and entered in 2009-CA-10702 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 , is the Plaintiff and HUMBERTO L. JAEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUMBERTO JAEN /nka/ TERESITA JAEN; NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 1st Floor Atrium Area, Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on December 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF ( N 1/2) OF TRACT 18, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
