Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2006-OP1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OP1, Plaintiff and Arturo Ramirez and Juana Y. Villasenor and Maribel I. Ramirez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on December 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK 120, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
