NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on December 19, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Perfection Body Shop and Auto Repair Inc., 5857 Shirley Street Ste D, Naples Florida 34109 the following vehicle will be sold for $3160.70 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2005 Nissan VIN# 1N4BA41EX5C869269. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $3,160.70 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Collier County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
