TORRES; JORGE L. TORRES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF N.C.; COLLIER COUNTY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
