SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOYCE MACK A/K/A JOYCE A. MACK, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at The Atrium 1st floor Collier County courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
That condominium parcel known as apartment Unit C-8, Spanish Pines 11, a condominium, according to the Declaration of condominium thereof as recorded in official records book 892, pages 1533 through 1585, inclusive as amended by that certain amendment to declaration of condominium as recorded in official records book 894, page 933, as further amended pursuant to those certain amendments of declaration of condominium as recorded in official records book 910, pages 288 through 294, inclusive; official records book 937, page 1170; and, official records book 1417, page 1938, all of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
