NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011 and entered in Case No: 11-2010-CA-002487 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA6, is the Plaintiff and JAMES E. BARR, ET. AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at the Atrium on the first floor in the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 19th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 205, BUILDING 400, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES IV, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4014, PAGE 546, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
