NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-4621-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and DAVID P. SOTO, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against DAVID P. SOTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID P. SOTO; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th thday of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 98, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 60, ACCORDING THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
