NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-035967-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and YANLEY B. VICTORIA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Building 4338, Unit 1, PALMS ALTAS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium there of, recorded on October 15, 2007 in Official Records Book 09471, Page 2435, Public Records of Orange County Florida, and all amendments and supplements thereto, along with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
