NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-26535, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GLORIA E. RUSSI A/K/A GLORIA RUSSI; LAKEWOOD AT MEADOW WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN TRUST BANK; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA E. RUSSI A/K/A GLORIA RUSSI; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 203, Phase 1, LAKE WOOD AT MEADOW WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said Unit, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at Official Records Book 4607 at Page 2364, et seq., and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 20, Pages 133-139, together with any amendments of the foregoing, including but not limited to that certain Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 4933, Pages 1767-1769, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
