NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order To Set Aside Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012880 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27th day of December, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk. realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 7, BUILDING 11, OF HUNTINGTON ON THE GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3036, PAGE 65, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
