Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 30th, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 48-2006-CA-002322-0 DIV 39, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-X3, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2004, WITHOUT RECOURSE. is the Plaintiff, and WALTER POWELL, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, CATALINA PARK 2ND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, of the public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
