NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-50827, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and CAYETANO POCCHI, POCCHI CONSTRUCTION INC and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 20, UNIT 5, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE(S) 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
