NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 18 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053112, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BRIAN MURRAY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
