and commonly known as: 1901 Starns Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33916, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on December 21, 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
