NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statues on the 21 day of December, 2011. that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Apartment F-8, VILLA CAPRI, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 589, Page 289, Public Records of Lee County, Florida , and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
